Terms of use

Commercial acceptance is disabled. These terms are a launch-ready draft, not a substitute for the missing legal business identity. TenderMeter will not activate paid checkout until the operator identity and Paddle account are confirmed.

Decision support

TenderMeter provides evidence-backed tender qualification and prioritization. It does not provide legal advice, certify eligibility, submit bids, or guarantee an award. Users remain responsible for reading official procurement documents and validating every requirement before acting.

Source facts and model interpretation

Deadlines, values, CPV classifications, buyers, notice identifiers, geography and source links are taken from normalized source data. Model-generated text may interpret fit, risk and capability gaps but must not replace the official notice or tender documents.

Acceptable use

Visitors may not submit domains they are not authorized to assess, abuse the scan endpoint, attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, or use the service to collect personal data unrelated to a legitimate business tender assessment.

Availability

The launch service is an early commercial pilot. Processing can depend on TED availability, the private worker, and third-party providers. TenderMeter uses retries and monitoring but does not promise uninterrupted operation.
